I am finally coming back to Norway and Hos Arne and I am so excited to share these meditations with you this summer!

Welcome to a different meditation experience.

We will come together to heal, breathe and connect

The Ananda Mandala meditation is an ancient and very powerful chakra clearing meditation.

The practice involves a blend of rhythmic fast breathing and meditation on the seven main chakras

The process cleanses the energy channels, washes out hidden emotions, blockages and/or old hurts, and activates and aligns the chakras.

This will raise your level of consciousness and make your body feel blissful and results in a feeling of wholeness.

This is a dynamic, intense practice for those who want to go deep and explore the depths of their inner world.

This meditation is quite different from what most people think about when they hear the word "meditation".

We will be working intensely with our breath, and you will leave feeling blissful and whole
