Welcome to a dinner where you also will learn how to use your waste in creative and tasty ways.

At this intimate event you will be welcomed to discover the potential of creating plant food, sustainably. A curated meal where innovation is used to eliminate food waste from the menu. In this workshop meets immersive dining experience you will learn creative methods to turn ‘waste’ into the highlight of a meal. The meal uses local and organic plant ingredients and is entirely vegan (allergies can be catered to if requested in advance). An opportunity to rethink ingredients and look at food with imagination.

Wilder Kitchen runs events that connect people with nature through plant food and through curated meals in beautiful locations. Created by chef, Rebecca Hawkes, Wilder Kitchen focusses upon the nutritional aspects of plants and how to harness the potent flavours in these ingredients to make creative dishes. The aim, to surprise, delight and open eyes to the abundance of the natural world. All vegan, whole food and sourced locally as well as organic.
